Board of Advisors
Bobbie Kilberg has extensive experience in the public and private sectors. She is currently President and CEO of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the largest technology council in the nation. She also serves on President Bush’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).
Kilberg began her career as a White House Fellow and served on the staff of the Domestic Policy Council in the Nixon White House and as a Staff Assistant to the President. She also served as Associate Counsel to President Ford and as Deputy Assistant to the President for Public Liaison from 1989 1992 for President Bush. In March 1992, she became Director of the President’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
Kilberg’s private sector experience includes work as an attorney with the Washington law firm of Arnold & Porter, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Mount Vernon College, Project Director for the Aspen Institute, and Vice President and General Counsel of the Roosevelt Center for American Policy Studies.
Kilberg is a graduate of Yale University Law School and holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Columbia University and a Bachelors Degree from Vassar College.
