Phil Duke has broad experience as a senior executive in high technology businesses—with principal focus on the financial and operational management areas. Duke has demonstrated measurable success in both building and transforming businesses through strategic insight and customer focus. He has a proven track record of driving to improve current processes to provide direct bottom line results, and has earned industry recognition as a builder and leader of strong teams chartered to make tough decisions and achieve stretch goals.
For much of his career, Duke held increasingly responsible positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where as Corporate Executive Vice President of Shared Information Services he was responsible for revenue of $25 billion and 130,000 employees in the Information, Aerospace and Systems Integration fields. He also held the posts of Corporate Chief Financial Officer, Corporate VP of Finance and CFO for various product areas. After retiring from Lockheed Martin, Duke consulted for Accenture Corporation. He is currently Managing Director, Risk Advisory Services, for KPMG, where he is responsible for developing the advisory services practice for aerospace and defense firms.
Duke holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
