April 17, 2002, Fairfax, VA – Fairfax County Department of Purchasing & Supply Management selected LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. to provide marketing services for the Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board (NVWIB). The contract award was approved by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors on April 8, 2002.
LeapFrog Solutions will develop a fully integrated marketing strategy campaign designed to advance the mission of the NVWIB – to be a system that meets business workforce demands and offers quality workforce preparation. LeapFrog will also assist with a public relations effort to strengthen and expand the awareness of the services that the NVWIB provides to businesses and job seekers in Northern Virginia by promoting the benefits of NVWIB’s One Stop/SkillSource Centers. LeapFrog Solutions will conduct in-depth market research, design and develop marketing materials, provide public relations support, and web site enhancements to the NVWIB.
The Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board (NVWIB) provides services in seven jurisdictions: Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties, and the cities of Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park. NVWIB helps employers, job seekers and the entire community meet workforce demands.
