FAIRFAX, VA, September 12, 2005 Lisa Martin, president and CEO of LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. announced today that illustrations created by the company for a National Institutes of Health CD have won a 2005 APEX Award for Publication Excellence.
LFS prepared the illustrations for a CD, "CCN, the Conquering Cancer Network," part of an NIH-funded Small Business Innovation Research Grant.
"Once again the LeapFrog Solutions' design team has received kudos for creativity," said Martin. "Competition for the APEX Awards is always intense, and we are very proud to have had our illustrations recognized for excellence this year."
APEX Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.
