The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) brings together approximately 35-40 leading young professionals from business, government and nonprofit organizations throughout Northern Virginia. In the dynamic 9-month program participants sharpen their skills, receive mentoring support, participate in community service projects and learn how to make a positive difference in the community. The program is celebrating its 7th year in 2008.
