C&O Title Company, LLC
Challenge:
After establishing Cochran & Owen, LLC in 2004 they opened C&O Title Company, LLC in 2006 and needed to establish it as an entity in itself that still recognized itself as a part of the Cochran & Owen family. C&O Title Company was looking to develop a logo that immediately aligned itself with the already successful Cochran & Owen, LLC.
Solution:
In 2006 the LFS Team collaborated with Cochran & Owen to create the C&O Title Company brand and logo. After conducting a brainstorming session with Cochran & Owen, the LFS Team incorporated the feedback to create a logo that conveyed the solid reputation of C&O Title Company. This was accomplished by creating a logo that was a variation of the original logo that incorporated the subsidiary’s name and used bold colors.
Result:
The variation of the original logo allowed for the new subsidiary to associate itself with the reputable firm while simultaneously establishing itself as a new entity.
