Challenge:

After establishing Cochran & Owen, LLC in 2004 they opened C&O Title Company, LLC in 2006 and needed to establish it as an entity in itself that still recognized itself as a part of the Cochran & Owen family. C&O Title Company was looking to develop a logo that immediately aligned itself with the already successful Cochran & Owen, LLC.

Solution:

When Cochran & Owen, LCC opened in 2004, LFS crafted new branding and identity for them that conveyed their expertise and prestige. With years of experience building brand identities and corporate marketing materials, LFS was able to integrate traditional marketing methods, with emerging technologies for Cochran & Owen. This included creating a logo that could was carried through on logo, stationery, collateral materials, lobby signage for their office building and the Web site.

Result:

In 2004 Cochran & Owen, LCC established a clear and respected presence in the Northern Virginia legal and corporate communities, and raised brand awareness through their Web site and press releases.
