When CTTG came to LeapFrog Solutions, they were a newly formed firm targeting a narrow but profitable market segment addressing informed consent legal issues. They had no identity or branding and needed to be positioned as a “different kind of law firm” one that conveyed a clinical as well as business-oriented image.
LeapFrog Solutions crafted new branding and identity for them, carried through on logo, stationery, Web site, collateral materials, trade show booths and giveaways.
Awareness of the company, its brand and its capabilities, increased and they continue to penetrate their niche market. Brand awareness also increased through their presence on the Web site of a key trade show. CTTG is becoming known as the “go to” source for often arcane legal information on informed consent in clinical trials run by research facilities at universities, pharmaceutical firms and elsewhere. In addition, other law firms with limited expertise in this area frequently consult with them.
