Challenge:

EMSI recognized that to grow in the future it would need to focus more on a smaller set of core competencies. LeapFrog Solutions worked with EMSI to define a strategy and support tactical plans that allowed EMSI to migrate its business positioning to target new revenue streams while ensuring they could maintain their normal course of business.

Solution:

LeapFrog Solutions performed a Marketing Audit to systematically explore, with the EMSI chief executives, their current sales model and their future revenue goals and to develop a strategic marketing plan. A competitive market assessment was also performed to help EMSI better understand both its real and perceived competition. LFS recommended to EMSI that they depart from their current sales model in favor of an approach that would help them expand their client base and enable all employees to market individual products and services.

Result:

LFS worked with EMSI to create and implement a branding campaign that emphasizes their strength, expertise, and vision, and that would keep them competitive in their market. The new strategy and branding allowed the organization to rally around the new positioning. LFS helped establish discreet simplified messaging to empower all levels of employees throughout the organization to convey the EMSI story in a consistent manner.
