Challenge:
Founded in 1990, Federal Management Systems, Inc. (FMS) is a leading government services firm that provides the highest level of expertise and dedication in Asset Management, Debt Management, Accounting and Auditing, Professional Outsourcing, Facilities Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Management. FMS had a strong reputation and brand awareness with their current customers but needed a stronger presence, especially as they pursued new opportunities in the government space. The FMS brand needed to be updated and consistently communicated both internally and externally.
Solution:
LeapFrog Solutions (LFS) was engaged to provide a new logo and tagline, as well as an updated Web site,,to convey the company’s market strength and professionalism. The goal was to revitalize and strengthen the FMS brand in order to better demonstrate the depth of experience and FMS’ commitment to customer service. As a first step, LFS performed a needs assessment and collected information from key personnel through our Framework Analysis Document (FAD) and a two-hour strategy session. This information was then used to develop options for a new identity and brand image.
Result:
The outcome was a new logo and tagline, as well as an updated corporate Web site. The new identity has helped to position FMS for future growth and has highlighted the company’s stability and proven track record of success within the government community. The client is pleased with the new identity tools and has recently started working with LFS to further improve the visibility of the company through conference materials and a banner-up display featuring the new logo and tagline.
