Impact Innovations is a fast-growing information technology company serving middle-market enterprises and government agencies. Their business spanned three related service lines, based in three different geographical locations. Their Web site had grown, but had not been reorganized and revised to clearly communicate who they were as a company and what they offered. Cohesion and coherence were needed.
A Web site audit was the first step in solving the problem. Through interviews with key executives and analysis of content, graphics and navigational structure, LFS provided a thorough analysis of problems with the site. LFS conducted a Bull’s Eye session with company leadership to develop messaging that would convey who the company was. That messaging was incorporated into their marketing communications. Finally, we made many recommendations for new structure, content and design that reflected the company’s stature in the market, and that incorporated their new messaging along with best practices for web design and content.
The new Web site conveys the message that Impact Innovations is a major force in the marketplace, focused, energetic and moving forward rapidly.
