KSJ
Challenge:
KSJ is a privately held professional consulting firm that provides information technology management, technical support and consulting services to the Department of Defense, federal and state government agencies. The firm, which was founded in 1996, sought to expand its services, but faced challenges that come with brand and marketing disconnects – key elements were no longer aligned with the current state of the company. KSJ needed to establish a new brand that portrayed the company as the “bridge that connected the old with the new,” with a strong focus on client mission success backed by a high-performance team and drive to implement proven solutions to move their clients forward.
Solution:
LeapFrog Solutions (LFS) created a strategic, phased approach to develop a new brand upon which KSJ could build. LFS conducted a Bull’s-Eye Meeting and wrote a Framework Analysis Document (FAD), which served as the foundation for building a fresh, targeted and accurate KSJ brand. LFS extracted compelling information from the session that was valuable in the creation of a new logo and tagline, as well as new messaging to ensure the brand was clearly understood internally and consistently communicated externally. Once the identity was established, LFS created key collateral pieces which KSJ leveraged for various marketing communication purposes.
Results:
The outcome was a bold and unified brand that created a buzz among KSJ’s employees and target audience. The new brand was embraced with enthusiasm and the new tagline, “Your Mission. Our Team. One Solution,” was successfully adopted internally as it solidified the true essence of KSJ. LFS provided print collateral that clearly presented KSJ’s overall capabilities and supported both business development and recruitment efforts. Messaging such as, “Trusted Partners, Proven Processes, and Measureable Results – Moving You Forward,” backed by key value proposition statements, connected KSJ to its target audiences in one of the most competitive and crowded industries today.
