LeapFrog Solutions Appoints Three Technology Executives to Board of Advisors

Fairfax, Va. — September 11, 2012 — LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. (LFS), a marketing communications management firm, announced today it has appointed three local technology leaders to its board of advisors.

Joining the LFS board are: Mike Daniels, former chairman and CEO of Network Solutions and Mobile 365; Todd Stottlemyer, CEO of Acentia; and Cynthia Traeger, CEO of Pacific Siren International LLC.

Daniels rose to national industry prominence with SAIC where he served as a member of the senior management team. While at SAIC, he identified and purchased Network Solutions and led it through a successful initial public offering. As CEO of Mobile 365, he oversaw the sale of the company to Sybase. Daniels has served with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense, on numerous international commissions and advisory boards, on the United States Trade Representatives International Investment Policy Advisory Commission and as a U.S. National Commissioner to UNESCO. Additionally, Daniels served as a senior White House advisor on international technology and as a senior advisor to the National Security Council.

Under Stottlemyer’s leadership, Acentia provides lifecycle IT services and solutions to federal agencies, state and local governments and commercial customers. Prior to Acentia, Stottlemyer served as an executive vice president and member of the executive management team for Inova Health System. He was also a founder, CEO and a member of the board of directors of Apogen Technologies where he led its successful sale to QinetiQ, a publicly traded British technology company. Stottlemyer served as president of McGuireWoods Consulting and was a founder and managing director of McGuireWoods Capital Group.

Traeger concurrently serves as CEO of Pacific Siren International LLC, a diversified technology holding company, whose mission is to identify and acquire strategically beneficial assets and technologies, and as president of VSI Pacific, a Pacific holding. She serves as co-director of the Washington, D.C. program of the Founder Institute. Traeger is an accomplished senior operating executive and digital entrepreneur with 30-plus years of experience growing technology-focused businesses and has a strong track record in strategy and business development across traditional technology and digital media companies.
