In her new position, she will head up project scheduling and ensure proper utilization of agency creative resources.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing management and creative direction, Rogers has supervised production of print, interactive, video and multimedia projects. She has supported industries including government, health care, environmental, and insurance and managed budgets in excess of $3.5 million.
Rogers’ background includes management of corporate visual identity standards and process improvement for several worldwide corporations including Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc. and Ernst and Young, LLP. While serving as Director, Creative Services at American Management Systems, she developed and implemented new corporate visual identity standards for more than 10,000 employees. Rogers also has more than 10 years of experience with managing multiple projects and creative teams.
